                            Received During the Public Comment Period

COMMENT TOTALS:

A total of 132 people attended the public information open house held for the subject project.  From those attending, 39 comment forms (one had no name on it), 5 verbal statements, 2 web comments and no letters were received.  An additional 4 comments were received during the ten day comment period following the public information open house, for a total of 50 comments.  There are 6 households that submitted 2 comments each. One person submitted a comment sheet and made a verbal statement. They are summarized as follows:

MAJOR CONCERNS:

Generally very positive feedback. Most are anxious for the service to begin. Questions were asked about the effect of the project on property values, and if there would be any property acquisition in order to build the project.
